"Problems, be they spiritual, mental,
physical, financial or material, are simply memories replaying in
the subconscious mind. The beauty and simplicity of Self Identity
through Ho'oponopono is its ability to erase memories and to replace
them with inspirations for perfect living. - Ihaleakala Hew Len, Ph.D

What is Hooponopono
Hooponopono developed as a result to try and preserve the ancient teachings of Hawaii called Huna. The reason why many people do not know about Huna is because it was illegal to teach or even chant about these teachings until 1979. Huna reveals that we are not cut off from the source (God or the Divine). Hooponopono is an updated Hawaiian problem solving process and releasing guilt, stress, and ask for forgiveness from the Divine so the Divine can release these negative emotions associated with memories that are stored in the subconscious mind. One can learn how to block, release, and transmute all negative emotions into the light forever with the help of the Divine. There are some ancient prayers that still exist today which can help you as well. Remember, that you too can contact the source directly. Remember that you are made in the image and likeness of God, and that God is made in the likeness and image of you. This source always was and always will be. It is in everything and it is everywhere. So how can you not be a part of it, or not be able to connect with it and ask for whatever it is you desire? This method is a branch of Huna which was developed by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, a Hawaiian Kahuna Lapa’au. Kahuna means "keeper of the secret" and Lapa'au means "a specialist in healing." She was chosen to be a kahuna while still a small child and received her gift of healing at the age of three. She is the daughter of a member of the court of Queen Liliuokalani, the last sovereign of the Hawaiian Islands. Her methods and special prayers are very similar to those used by Kwan Yin (the lady of compassion). It has proven so effective that she has been invited to teach this method at the United Nations, the World Health Organization and at institutions of healing throughout the world. Then in 1989 books were allowed to be written about Huna. Huna states that there is only 1 thinking source that manifests itself into many forms, but is neither created nor will it ever be destroyed.
Clean Your Negative and Painful Memories
Have you noticed how many times a day you replay certain memories? So many people that I see are suffering immensely because they keep replaying memories that are painful. Often the root event that they are remembering was painful enough, so why do people keep replaying things over and over that make them feel bad? Well it is quite simple, it is called conditioning. We live in a world where things are repeated over and over on Television, on the Radio in Newspapers, magazines and books and now in emails and on websites. The teachings of Ho'oponopono are that illness and imperfections and suffering and great deal of other 'states' are simply memories replaying. Think about how many memories you have accumulated over the years. Every time you find one coming up, all you need to do is repeat the 4 magic Hooponopono phrases until these memories are gone. Yes, it is really that simple. When you cease looking to the outside world for answers and instead look in-wards, you will start to find peace and wisdom beyond your wildest imagination. Know as you clean on all of your past memories of troublesome things you can get back to a place of pure inspiration and wonderment. You become one with God. When you become one with God even for a few moments a day, you will feel energetic and feel like you have a sense of purpose in this life. When you choose to replay your memories over and over again, you will continue to reap the same results. Therefore, change your memories and become that happier, healthier, and wealthier person you were born to become. Schedule your Online Hooponopono Session today
Joe Vitale Discovers the great Dr. Len Here is the story that Dr. Joe Vitale told about Dr. Len in his new book "Zero Limits."
Dr. Len was a Doctor in Hawaii, who cured a ward of criminally insane prisoners in Honolulu without ever seeing one of them. Instead he took their case notes and repeatedly looked within himself for the part of him which reflected the illness or imperfection in each of them. He then 'cleaned' on his own imperfections and they got better. I found it hard to believe until I then picked up a copy of "Zero Limits" by Joe Vitale and Ihaleakala Hew Len. I started cleaning on my own memories of imperfections and sickness and things started improving. Dr Hew Len is now in his 70's and is still running seminars across
the US, Canada and in Asia.
