"Problems, be they spiritual, mental,
physical, financial or material, are simply memories replaying in
the subconscious mind. The beauty and simplicity of Self Identity
through Ho'oponopono is its ability to erase memories and to replace
them with inspirations for perfect living. - Ihaleakala Hew Len, Ph.D

What is Hooponopono?
Hooponopono developed as a result to try and preserve the ancient teachings of Hawaii called Huna. The reason why many people do not know about Huna is because it was illegal to teach or even chant about these teachings until 1979. Huna reveals that we are not cut off from the source (God or the Divine). Hooponopono is an updated Hawaiian problem solving process and releasing guilt, stress, and ask for forgiveness from the Divine so the Divine can release these negative emotions associated with memories that are stored in the subconscious mind. One can learn how to block, release, and transmute all negative emotions into the light forever with the help of the Divine. There are some ancient prayers that still exist today which can help you as well. Remember, that you too can contact the source directly. Remember that you are made in the image and likeness of God, and that God is made in the likeness and image of you. (The law of Polarity). This source always was and always will be. It is in everything and it is everywhere. So how can you not be a part of it, or not be able to connect with it and ask for whatever it is you desire? This method is a branch of Huna which was developed by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, a Hawaiian Kahuna Lapa’au. Kahuna means "keeper of the secret" and Lapa'au means "a specialist in healing." She was chosen to be a kahuna while still a small child and received her gift of healing at the age of three. She is the daughter of a member of the court of Queen Liliuokalani, the last sovereign of the Hawaiian Islands. Her methods and special prayers are very similar to those used by Kwan Yin (the lady of compassion). It has proven so effective that she has been invited to teach this method at the United Nations, the World Health Organization and at institutions of healing throughout the world. Then in 1989 books were allowed to be written about Huna. Huna states that there is only 1 thinking source that manifests itself into many forms, but is neither created nor will it ever be destroyed.
How does it work?
Morrnah explains, "We are the sum total of our experiences, which is to say that we are burdened by our pasts. When we experience stress or fear in our lives, if we would look carefully, we would find that the cause is actually a memory. It is the emotions which are tied to these memories which affect us now. The subconscious associates an action or person in the present with something that happened in the past. When this occurs, emotions are activated and stress is produced." She continues, "The main purpose of this process is to discover the Divinity within oneself. The Ho'oponopono is a profound gift which allows one to develop a working relationship with the Divinity within and learn to ask that in each moment, our errors in thought, word, deed or action be cleansed. The process is essentially about freedom, complete freedom from the past." In this system, there is no need to analyze, solve, manage or cope with problems. Since the Divinity created everything, you can just consciously send a petition to the Super conscious mind, and then God will clean those memories associated with the problem located in the subconscious mind. So in order to begin this process, you must start by changing your thoughts, words, actions, habits, and character. Once you change yourself, your preception of the outer world will change around you. The Divine is not out there, the Divine is within you. Our limited perception of the Divine changes as we change. For example, God was preceived as a punishing God in the Old Testament. However, in the New Testament God was perceived as a caring and loving God. So the question is "Did God change or did our preception of God change?" How do you see God? "I will appear to you as you see me."
Joe Vitale Discovers the great Dr. Len Here is the story that Dr. Joe Vitale told about Dr. Len in his new book "Zero Limits."
Dr. Len worked as a clinical psychologist at the Hawaii State mental hospital for the criminally insane. The place was dark and dreary. Patients were sedated and shackled. Employees quit on a regular basis. You can imagine what it must have been like there. He has had profound results with the most dangerous, violently "mentally ill" criminals in Hawaii. Yet he never talks to them, in fact, he never even sees them. He writes down their name and then just works on himself. He cleanses his judgments, beliefs, attitudes and asks the Divinity what he can do for the person. Call it crazy if you like, the evidence that Ancient Prayers work are clear and you can read it for yourself in Joe Vitale's Amazing new site called The Miracle Network. Furthermore, the power of words and its effects on the molecules of the body has been known for years by all great healers such as kwan Yin and Jesus. We all have memories replaying in our subconscious mind, and now Scientists have revealed and proved that all your memories even from previous lives are stored in your DNA genome. Please view the documentary "The ghost in Your Genes." I wonder which one you are going to choose? Finally, it all comes down to beliefs. What do you believe when you see something new? 50% of the people who read the material on this site, will become curious and want to learn more about this interesting method. They will in fact find more evidence to support this theory. The other 50% will disagree with this theory and say that it is imposible. It can't be true and then look for evidence to support what they believe about what they have just read.
Well, both are correct. Also both will find evidence to further support whatever they believe. Now isn't that interesting? This is why the people with limiting and negative beliefs will continue to go around in circles attracting the same types of relationships, fears, ill health, and lack. While the people with positive beliefs continue to be great athletes, very happy, confident, experience supportive relationships, and of course abundance.
So think about your beliefs and ask yourself today, "What steps do I need to take in order to create more positive and inspiring beliefs." For more information about how you can change yourself go to the
